RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Corporate Scope & Merchant Transparency

At Michael Pallet Liquidation, we conduct business under strict international trade standards, Google Merchant Center transparency mandates, and regional commercial regulations (including US FTC guidelines and EU B2B commercial framework directives). Operating across 32 years of industry experience with a global workforce of over 5,000 personnel, our operational framework relies on explicit, standardized transaction terms.

Because our enterprise model involves the high-volume sale of factory overstock, closeouts, shelf-pulls, and customer returns, our sales conditions differ from standard consumer retail practices. This comprehensive Return, Refund & Dispute Policy outlines the binding legal and operational rules governing all bulk orders, freight shipments, and inventory transactions processed across our platform and partner networks.

2. “As-Is” Conditions & Finality of Wholesale Sales

In accordance with established global wholesale and liquidation practices, all sales are final once an order is confirmed and dispatched from our facilities. Liquidation inventory, closeout lots, and customer return pallets are sold on a strict “As-Is, Where-Is” basis, unless the order is explicitly designated as a Guaranteed Manifest Lot backed by a signed corporate sales contract.

  • Customer Return Lots: May contain a mix of new, open-box, cosmetically damaged, or non-functional items.
  • Overstock & Closeouts: Consist of unhandled factory surplus or shelf-pull goods, subject to minor box wear from warehousing.
  • Manifest Accuracy: Unmanifested or estimated lots carry an inherent margin of variance, which is factored into the heavy discount pricing offered to buyers.

3. mandatory 5-Day Delivery Inspection Window

To satisfy international commercial standards and ensure immediate account protection for both parties, Michael Pallet Liquidation provides a mandatory 5-day inspection window starting on the exact date and time of carrier-confirmed delivery.

If a shipment arrives with a severe material discrepancy—defined strictly as receiving an entirely incorrect pallet, experiencing unmanifested loss/theft occurring prior to transit, or discovering a major error on a Guaranteed Manifest—the buyer must submit a formal claim within 5 business days. Once this 5-day period expires without a written claim submission, the shipment is legally deemed fully inspected, accepted, and finalized.

4. Required Documentation & Verification Standards

To maintain compliance with Google Merchant Center anti-fraud regulations, credit card processor protocols, and automated inventory audits, all claims must be accompanied by complete visual and document proof.

Required Evidence Checklist:

  1. Invoice & BOL Number: Valid proof of purchase and signed Bill of Lading.
  2. Unedited Freight Photos: High-resolution photographs showing the entire pallet from all four angles before shrink wrap or strapping is cut.
  3. Detail Shots: Clear photos or videos of the specific discrepancy, damaged items, or incorrect product labels.
  4. Written Audit Manifest: A line-item breakdown of missing or misdescribed inventory matching the disputed items.

Operational Warning: Breaking down, sorting, distributing, or reselling any portion of a freight pallet prior to completing the official claim submission will automatically void all rights to inspection, credit, or return consideration.

5. Multi-Stage Claim Evaluation & Audit Procedure

Upon receipt of a claim, our compliance department initiates a thorough cross-verification process using our automated Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Our team cross-references the buyer’s evidence against our pre-shipment packing video feeds, digital scale records, and outbound logistics manifests within 3 to 5 business days. If an administrative packing error or verified material error on our part is confirmed, Michael Pallet Liquidation will resolve the matter through one of the following official remedies:

  • Store Credit: Issuance of a pro-rated commercial credit toward future pallet purchases.
  • Replacement Lot: Dispatching replacement inventory on the buyer’s subsequent freight order.
  • Partial or Full Refund: Monetary adjustment for the specific verified inventory deficiency.

6. Freight Charges, Return Shipping & Refund Processing

Approved monetary refunds are processed directly back to the original method of payment (ACH transfer, wire transfer, or commercial credit card) within 7 to 10 business days of formal approval.

  • Non-Refundable Logistics Fees: In compliance with international shipping terms (INCOTERMS), all freight, ocean cargo, white-glove delivery, fuel surcharges, and carrier accessorial fees are 100% non-refundable once transit has commenced.
  • Return Transport Costs: In the event that a full-pallet return is authorized in writing by our management, the buyer is solely responsible for arranging and funding return freight, including proper palletization and wrapping to prevent transit damage.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes & Merchant Compliance

Michael Pallet Liquidation operates in full compliance with global payment network standards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and banking networks). Initiating an unauthorized credit card chargeback or bank payment dispute without first completing our official 5-day claim audit procedure constitutes a breach of contract.

We submit complete operational records—including signed Bills of Lading, pre-shipment photos, GPS tracking data, and this binding policy—to financial institutions and merchant platforms to resolve unauthorized payment disputes.

8. Legal Acknowledgement & Terms Acceptance
